A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Changwon District Court on December 23, 2016, and on June 23, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in Jinju prison.
1. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a set of 3,50,000 won of the victim C-owned market at around 19:20 on July 5, 2017, at the 251 East Green apartment 101-dong Underground Parking Lot, the Defendant: (b) committed the crime; (c) discovered a set of 3,50,000,000 won in the victim C-owned market; and (d) took the cresh without any person around it.
2. On July 16, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 22:27, 2017, on July 16, 2017, at the 222:2:27, Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, and a bicycle riding terminal No. 2232, Kim Jong-si, and the victim D, who was parked without correction, committed a theft of one bicycle for non-verification of the market price; and (b) taken off the cresh without any person around the area.
3. On July 30, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime from around 00:30 to around 09:00 on July 30, 2017, and from around 00:0 to around 09:00, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime at the bicycle set of the 2232 World department department department store in front of the 2232 World department department store; (b) attempted to steal one bicycle set of the victim E, which was parked without correction, at the expense of KRW 500,00,000 in the market value of the victim E, which was the victim E, and cut off the cre of this.
4. On August 5, 2017, the Defendant: around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered one bicycle set of KRW 100,000 in the victim F, the market price of the victim F, who was parked at that place, and attempted to steal it; (b) destroyed the bicycle by putting the wheel around the locks that were corrected to the wheel with no one in the vicinity of the locks; and (c) cut off the bicycle on several occasions, and cut off the bicycle.
5. On August 13, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around August 13, 2017: (a) unlike the ideology located in the Busan Sho-gu Shodong-gu Shodong-gu Shodong-ro 83 in the light of the thought of 83 ideas, the Defendant is KRW 1.5 million at the market price owned by the victim G that was parked therein.
