A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On April 19, 2014, around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) asked the phone number of the victim D (at the age of 23) who was immediately talked, followed the victim to get on the elevator and lent the phone number to the victim; (b) on the part of the victim, the Defendant refused to use the phone number; (c) on the part of the victim, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force.

B. On April 23, 2014, the Defendant had a mind to force another person to take money and valuables, and followed the victim F (n, 21 years of age) on an elevator at the Cheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, with the aim of raising living expenses. However, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by making the victim’s chest part on one occasion with the mind that the victim would have committed an indecent act against the victim at the time of the defect intending to get out of the elevator.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Special Robbery, Rape, etc.), committed an indecent act by force against the victim, by taking the victim’s chest (11cm in blade) on April 23, 2014, following the victim’s G (inns, 14 years of age) aboard an elevator at the Cheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Cheongbuk-gun, with a deadly weapon prepared in advance after boarding the elevator at around 20:50 on April 23, 2014.

3. In order to raise the living expenses of others, the Defendant who attempted to commit special robbery is willing to force another person’s money and goods, and on April 24, 2014, around 21:40, following the victim I (in the H apartment of the Chungcheongbuk-gun, 14 years old) aboard an elevator, and the Defendant gets on the elevator and gets on the elevator, and money and goods from the victim.
