Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was aware of the Defendant, committed as if there had been considerable connection to E political parties, Cheongwon-gun, including issuing a letter of appointment under the name of E Party Candidate F, etc. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant talked with the E-party, E. In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.
