[Additional Parts] The Plaintiff asserts that ① the Defendants are members of the E church by asserting that the D Religious Organization E society (hereinafter “E society”) held a joint council on July 28, 2014, and that 10 members present at the above Council are members of the E church. However, since around 2008, they moved the place of worship to the E society to the E society, and paid the E society to the E society, not the E society, and thereafter, the E society has been left alone. In light of the fact that the E society has not been held at the E society on July 28, 2014, the Defendants asserted that the E society is not members of the E society. In addition, they do not present a registration card that proves that the members of the above Joint Council are members of the E society.

② Also, since the participants of the above joint council did not have contributed to the establishment of the E church, they should consider the fact that they did not prepare each of the instant real estate. ③ Since the Plaintiff’s purchase of the instant real estate from the E church as the representative of the E church is based on the decision of the D Religious Association’s Labor Association to which the E church belongs, it does not constitute an act of conflicting interests under the proviso of Article 64 of the Civil Act.

According to the evidence and the purport of the entire arguments as seen earlier, the court may recognize the fact that 11 members, who were the members of the Ecom Association, gathered on July 28, 2014, hold a joint council with respect to the real estate in this case and a resolution of the appointment of the J representative.

Next, according to the Gap evidence No. 8-2, it is time for the members to be present at the regular members of the D religious organization when they move to the church.
