A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Height107] On January 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on October 11, 2012.

On May 27, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement to the victim C who reported and contacted such a statement that he/she sent the said gift certificates to the victim C, by accessing the Internet site to the “Niberian Republic car page,” which is an Internet site, at a ecsa, in which it is difficult to identify the trade name in the Gomna-dong of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

However, the defendant was unable to send the price even if he did not possess the above goods and received the price.

The Defendant received KRW 300,00 from the said victim’s personal compromise account from June 1, 2014 to September 23, 2014, and received KRW 7,568,000,00 in total from the victims, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, by deceiving the victims over 17 times from June 1, 2014 to September 23, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

[2015 Height329] On January 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months for fraud at the Incheon District Court on January 20, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on October 11, 2012.

1. On July 18, 2014, the Defendant against the victim E made a false statement to the effect that: (a) in the PC room located in Ansan-si, Asan-si, the Defendant did not intend or have the intent or ability to sell the NAP; (b) in fact, in connection with the Internet site, the Defendant sent the NAP to E who sent the 200,000 won to the victim E who sent the call at around the 19th of the same month; and (c) obtained the 200,000 won from the victim to the 200,000 won as the price on the same day.
