A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 10, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.155% while under the influence of alcohol around 04:10 on March 10, 2013, and led the road front of the KTTS point located at the 4004 revised Sinnam-si vibration from the side of the end of the west.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as an excellent 4 and 5-broned salt in need of approximately 4 weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim E (V, 26 years of age), who is the passenger of the said taxi, for about 6 weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around 04:10 on March 10, 2013, the Defendant driven the rocketing car set forth in paragraph (1) of the same Article from the roads front of the Pacific Station located in the Sinnam-si in the Sinnam-si, to the roads front of the same water vibration 4004, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.155%.
