A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 11, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Seogu District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court. On December 26, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime, etc.

[2] On June 9, 2017, Defendant 1, who violated the provision prohibiting the driving of alcohol twice or more, was driving B in the state of alcohol alcohol level of about 0.089% from the 20km away to the rest of the same city from the roads near the Busan Kimcheon-si citizens' tower at around 0:30 on June 9, 2017, to the rest of the same city.
