1. The Defendants shall:

A. Article 1(1) of the Attached Table 1 among the buildings listed in the Attached Table 1 List 2 against Plaintiff Bangladesh Co., Ltd.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 8, 2006, G Union purchased from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation a parcel number of 702 square meters (the lot number was set as “I” and the area was determined as 701.6 square meters; hereinafter “the land No. 1”). On the same day, J Union purchased from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation a parcel number of 694 square meters (the lot number was set as “I” and the area was determined as 701 square meters and the land listed in attached Table 1 List 2 was determined as 701 square meters; hereinafter “the land No. 2”). The land No. 1 and 2 of this case were purchased from each of the instant land.

B. Around March 6, 2008, AWn Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AWn”) entered into a contract on succession of rights and obligations with G Cooperatives and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation, with the content that the non-party company succeeds to all rights and obligations under the above sales contract from G Cooperatives.

On the same day, the non-party company, the JA and the Korea Land & Housing Corporation concluded a contract to succeed to all rights and obligations under the above contract from the JA and the non-party company.

C. On February 13, 2014, Nonparty Company sold each of the instant land to Plaintiff Bangladesh Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Bangladesh”), and Plaintiff Bangladesh sold the instant land to Plaintiff A on March 4, 2014.

The non-party company completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the land of this case by the Suwon District Court Seosung Branch No. 35923, Mar. 4, 2014, and Plaintiff Bangladesh completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the land of this case by the same date as the same registry office, and Plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer as the same date under Article 35924. Plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the land of this case by the same registry office as the same date.

On April 4, 2008, the non-party company is a building area of 946.84 square meters, an underground floor, and a ground.
