Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on November 30, 2009, and was released on July 29, 2011 during the execution of the sentence on July 13, 2011, and the parole period was expired on October 13, 201.

1. Fraud;

A. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The victim D requesting an appraisal of the name located in the Songpa-gu Seoul Geum-dong, Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the effect that “the victim D who is requesting an appraisal may receive appraisal, and the expenses necessary for appraisal may be deducted.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to get a real estate appraisal like the agreement because he thought that he would use it as gambling money.

The Defendant received KRW 500,000 from the damaged person in cash for the purpose of appraisal and assessment expenses, and received KRW 500,000 from the post office account under the name of the Defendant on February 19, 2014, and transferred KRW 500,000 to the post office account under the name of the Defendant on March 4, 2014.

B. On March 12, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The victim D who requested an appraisal on E-mixed building, at which the name located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is unknown, would have changed the cost necessary for appraisal.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to get a real estate appraisal like the agreement because he thought that he would use it as gambling money.

The Defendant received 500,000 won from the damaged person to a post office account under the name of the Defendant as the starting fee for the same day, and received 50,000 won in cash under the same name on the 30th of the same month.
