A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At the same time, the Gu tried to leave the site, and the above G prevented the defendant, and promptly asked the right arms of the above G.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of duties on the prevention and investigation of crimes, arrest of flagrant offenders, and the handling of 112 reported cases.
