A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 5, 2019: (a) around 14:30 to 16:00, the Defendant: (b) told a man who is divorced from the victim D (at the age of 45) to whom the victim D (at the age of 45) communicates, and (c) did not come to governance; (d) do not come to the governance; (b) C, C, C, with C, with C, with C, with C, with C, with the air conditioners who died; (c) threatened the victim with the victim’s face, and (d) flicked the victim with flick.

On August 7, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence orders from the Daejeon Family Court to prohibit access by not more than 100 meters from E apartment, F and workplace Sejong Special Self-Governing City, G and KapetH of the Victim’s Residence until the Victim Protection Order is determined. Around August 7, 2019, the Defendant was issued a provisional protection order

On August 25, 2019, the Defendant driven a J car into the E apartment in Sejong-si, I-dong underground parking lot, and accessed it within 100 meters of the residence of D.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the provisional protection order.

B. On September 18, 2019, around 16:41, the Defendant entered Sejong-si, G and Ka P, and accessed within 100 meters of D’s work place.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the provisional protection order.
