1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 200,000,000 won and each year from January 26, 2010 to July 11, 2018.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff, the debtor, and the defendant). Part of the claim is made.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 200,000,000 as well as the amount of KRW 18% per annum from January 26, 2010 to July 11, 2018, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 200,000 as per Disposition.
