Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highest 4016" is a person who operates a real estate selling company of (main) D in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City of 5th.

Around May 3, 2013, the Defendant was awarded a successful bid of 1,658 square meters for Franchisium in Seongbuk-do, Sungnam-si, Sung-do. The Defendant sold the land individually and sold it to the victim E, and at the same time, developed within 620,000 won per square meter and 4 million won per square meter per square meter. At present, the surrounding market price is 200-3 million won per square meter. In the event of a contract, the individual registration by dividing the land into the name of the Defendant is complete.”

However, the fact was that only the down payment for the above F Forest was paid, and the remaining 150 million won was not paid, and the benefits and office rent of D employees were not paid, so there was only the thought that the F Forest will be used as the operating expenses of the company in return for the money from the victim, and even if the sale price was paid, there was no intention or ability to acquire the said forest land and transfer its ownership.

The Defendant received 31 million won in total from the victim on May 3, 2013, 200,000 won on May 7, 2013, 110,000 won on May 7, 2013, and 207.9 million won on May 8, 2013.

From that time until April 21, 2014, the Defendant received a total of KRW 26 million from the victims in the same way as shown in the attached Table I by the same way, as shown in the attached Table I.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 6195" is a person who operates a real estate selling company of (main) D in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City of 5th.

Around May 5, 2013, the Defendant was awarded a successful bid of 1,658 square meters in the area of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-do, Sung-gu, Sungnam-do.

The land is sold individually, and it can be developed within 620,000 won per square meter, and 4 million won per square meter can be collected.

At present, the surrounding market prices are 20 million to 3 million won.
