1. Defendant J and K Co., Ltd. shall jointly file a claim in attached Form 1 and a claim in attached Table 3 against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) The defendant L, a representative of the defendant J (hereinafter the "Defendant J"), can make maximum investment profits when investing funds in the consulting real estate. The defendant L recruited investment funds from a number of investors including the plaintiffs.
Defendant J, in addition to Defendant J, operated it as the representative of the O Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “O”).
(2) Defendant K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant K”) is a company that received money from investors by Defendant L.
Defendant N served as the chief of Defendant J’s headquarters, and Defendant M is the wife of Defendant L.
B. (1) According to Defendant L L’s solicitation for investment, the Plaintiffs concluded a multiple investment contract related to real estate with Defendant J orO on several occasions, and were able to refund part of the investment amount.
Major investment contracts entered into with Defendant J orO, or Defendant K are as listed in paragraphs (2) and (3) below.
(2) Plaintiff A, B, C, D, E, F, and G concluded a real estate service agreement with Defendant J orO on the legal analysis, on-site answers, finance, etc. related to claims and services with respect to the following matters with respect to the creative Sea-gu P and one other (hereinafter “real estate 1”) and Daegu-si Q, Daegu-si, Q, R, and one other (hereinafter “second real estate”).
① Plaintiff A (No. 1 is Defendant J, No. 2, and No. 3 is the signing of each service contract with theO)’s investment amount of the investment amount under an agreement on the date of an investment contract for the investment of the investment goods in order to be made, the investment amount of KRW 300,00,000 on November 12, 2015; KRW 30% on March 22, 2016; KRW 24% on March 22, 2016; KRW 20,000,000 on March 3, 2016; KRW 24% on March 26, 2016; ② Plaintiff B (Conclusion of a service contract with the Defendant J) for the investment amount of the investment goods under an agreement on the date of an investment contract; KRW 100,000,000 on December 10, 200, KRW 300 on August 1, 201, Plaintiff C08.
