A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 19, 2015, around 03:50 on June 19, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties on the public safety and maintenance of order by committing assaulting D’s flaps, i.e., a police officer affiliated with the Seoul Sungdong Police Station C police box, who was called by the Defendant after receiving a report that the Defendant did not take place in the taxi, and returned home.
2. On June 19, 2015, at around 04:00, the Defendant damaged public goods and arrested a flagrant offender committing a crime of obstruction of performance of official duties by assaulting a police officer at the instant police box, and thereby damaging the goods used by a public office by walking one of the “Acoo water purifier equivalent to KRW 300,000 at the market price in the relevant police box.”
