If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the complainant and the wife of South Korea.

On August 15, 2015, the Defendant 21:30 on August 21, 2015, and family members living in C (55 tax, South) residence of the complainant in C (55 tax, South).

During the process of dividing opinions, the defendant stated that "the money paid to the complainant with the operation expenses of the hospital prior to 30 years" is called as a "non-taxation to the tax base."

Accordingly, the Defendant brought kins (50 centes) which are dangerous goods on his own vehicle, and sent kins to the complainant, and threatened the complainant with “Chins” and fears.
