A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall provide game products for distribution or use, the contents of which are different from those of the rating, or display or keep such products for such purposes.

Nevertheless, from April 15, 2018 to November 21, 2018 of the same year, the Defendant operated a game room in the name of “C Gameland” on the first floor of Busan Jin-gu B, Busan, and had unspecified customers play the game using the above game machine by installing 70 game machine, such as “Occicot Island,” which includes the existence of a separate scores system different from the contents rated by the Game Management Committee, or the extension of a specific background screen, or the identification of information on an IC card through a separate device that does not have the contents rated, and the deletion of card data, etc.

As a result, the defendant provided game products with contents different from the contents of the classification.
