Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and victims C are known to each other as owners of adjoining land and are in a relationship between them.

1. Damage to property;

A. On October 2016, the Defendant destroyed property, such as 400 high-gu seedlings (10,000 won per share), 10 weeks (5,000 won per share), 20 weeks (6,000 won per share), plastic trees (17,780 won), and plastic trees (17,780 won per share), where the victim d’s dry field was doing construction of his/her own house by using scress.

B. On July 20, 2017, the Defendant, at around 15:30, ordered E, without the victim’s consent, to perform restoration work, after he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she accumulated around the above place (5,00 won per piece), 5 weeks (5,00 won per piece), 5 weeks (7,00 won per piece), 5 weeks (5,00 won per piece), 60 pieces of wood per piece of tree (2,00 won per piece of land), 70 pieces of wood per piece of land owned by the victim, and 5 weeks (2,00 won per piece of land per piece of land) in order to return to the collapse.

2. On July 21, 2017, at around 08:30, the Defendant interfered with the duties of the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant to prevent the Victim from doing so for the purpose of destroying the land by making the Victim’s name unexplodedr article for cutting off the land in the dry field of C; and (b) prevented the Victim from doing so by neglecting the horses of C, which would change within dry field, for about one hour and 40 minutes by neglecting the horses of C.
