Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a D-port cargo vehicle.

On January 25, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant came to proceed with a road that connects a village of a party to a city and a farm of a money in the inner Myeon of the Sin-Gun of North Korea with a village of a city in the inner Myeon of the Sin-Gun.
