A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated in each of the subparagraphs 1 through 9.

Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 8 months with prison labor for a violation of the Marina Act in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on November 21, 2013, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Daejeon Prison Branch on June 4, 2014.

1. No person, other than a Korean marina Association, shall engage in any conduct similar to riding voting in connection with racing conducted by a marina society for the benefit of property or property to the enemy, and shall become the counterpart to such conduct;

Nevertheless, on July 2015, the Defendant installed four computer units in the Defendant’s office located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and had access to the “F” site by using IDs and sprinkds, which was given by the website operator (hereinafter referred to as “D”), and attempted to receive profits by purchasing private horse tickets by means of settlement in cash with individual participants after the completion of the horse racing.

Accordingly, at around 15:45 on October 3, 2015, the Defendant deposited KRW 500,000 from the above office’s account under the name of the Defendant from the above office to the account under the name of H (i.e., one account before the change: Foreign Exchange Bank Justice) designated as the above private gold account, and purchased a private right from the operator of the above nameless site from the above time to February 28, 2016, and deposited KRW 35,150,000 over 58 times in total, as shown in attached Table 1 of the daily list of crimes, and received KRW 350,000 from the above Defendant’s account from October 3, 2015 to the agricultural bank account under the name of the above Defendant from October 4, 2016 to March 4, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant is a marina society.
