Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a person holding an unregistered two-wheeled vehicle.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, on August 23, 2016, the Defendant operated a non-registered wheeled vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 1 km from the front of the brush to the front of the frush to the front of the frush-Eup of Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si.

2.
