Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “D fishing place” in Kimpo-si C.

On October 24, 2013, the Defendant entered the above fishing place with approximately 10,00 won per person as admission fees from the unspecified number of customers who visited the above fishing place, and approximately 330,000 won per person as a total, and thereafter, the Defendant: (a) in cases where the number of customers who visited the above fishing place is at least 20 persons in the order of the first to fifth order in order of the weight of the first to fifth, the Defendant shall pay two copies of admission tickets (per 20,000) and one sheet of admission tickets (per 10,000 won), and in cases where the number of visitors are less than 20 persons, one and two, etc. shall pay one sheet of admission tickets (per 10,000 won) and three through five, etc.; (b) in cases where the number of customers who participated in the fishing time is at the above-mentioned place, they shall hold a meeting in the fishing time and dispute the number of customers who participated in the fishing time by acquiring the admission tickets.

As a result, the Defendant opened gambling for profit.
