A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine of KRW 1,500,00 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) in the Young-gu District Court Young-gu District Court’s Young-gu Branch branch on June 25, 200. On November 1, 2009

On March 27, 2018, the Defendant driving a 49c tex teb (hereinafter “the instant tebrate”) without a motor device license, while under the influence of alcohol leveling about 0.304% from the 3km section to the road front of the public restaurant in the middle of the same military, from the front of the public restaurant in the north-do, Ulsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the south of the same military, on March 27, 2018.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the instant offland which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
