A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person with a intellectual disability of the third degree.

1. On March 19, 2012, around 17:10, the Defendant: (a) sent conversations from women’s toilets on the third floor of the DD Building in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to Kakakaox; and (b) took the victim E (the 17th age), who first kids the victim into the above female toilet, took the victim into the said female toilet, forced him to sit the victim to a toilet, forced him to sit the victim to a toilet, knife him, forced him to wear the knife, cut the chest, cut the knife, and put the victim’s knife inside the victim’s sexual organ.
