1.For the plaintiff: (a)
Defendant B shall be 1199/1199 out of the real estate listed in Schedule 1, Schedule 1, Schedule 2, and the real estate listed in paragraph 3.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties is DES Emph (E-type) and a clan set up in the Central City for “G” (hereinafter “Plaintiff clan”). The Defendants are the members of the Plaintiff clan with respect to the Defendant B’s share of 820/1199 among the real estate listed in the Schedule 1, Table 2, and the real estate listed in paragraph (3), and the Defendant C is registered as each owner with respect to the share of 379/1199 among the real estate listed in the Schedule 4 through (6) of the same Table and the real estate listed in paragraph (3).

Plaintiff
The households of the clans also are as follows, the households of the descendants who are based on the self-help H of the plaintiff clans:

C. The real estate listed in [Attachment 1] List 1 and 2 in the name of the Defendants is the original Y AE Forest No. 5610 square meters (hereinafter “instant AE Forest”).
The real estate in the list 3 to 6 is part of the same list, and the real estate in the list 5100 square meters (hereinafter “instant AF forest”) of the same AF forest.
(2) At the time of the circumstances on March 3, 1916, the owner of the instant AE forest becomes a “state” on the closed land register, and on February 5, 1931, the ownership of the said forest was transferred under L (M) name on September 15, 1972. The details of transfer of M ownership are confirmed on September 15, 1972, where M ownership was transferred under the name of M (M).
Meanwhile, at the time of the circumstances on March 21, 1918 on the closed land register for the instant AF forest, the owner becomes a “state” and the ownership is transferred in the name of L around 1929, and the details of transfer of ownership in the name of M on September 15, 1972 are confirmed.
