A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2014. 1. 31. 02:50경 안양시 동안구 D건물 2층에 있는 ‘E’에서, 피고인 일행과 피해자 F이 눈이 마주쳤다는 이유로 시비하게 되자, 그곳 탁자 위에 놓여 있던 위험한 물건인 소주병을 집어 들어 피해자 F과 그 일행인 피해자 G, 피해자 H을 향하여 휘두르고, 탁자 위에 놓여 있던 위험한 물건인 유리로 된 맥주컵을 집어 들어 피해자 F의 머리 부분을 약 3회 내리치고, 이를 말리는 피해자 G의 얼굴 부분을 위와 같은 과정에서 날카롭게 깨진 위 맥주컵으로 1회 내려치고, 피해자 H의 얼굴 부분을 주먹으로 약 4회 때리고 왼쪽 다리 부분을 발로 1회 걷어찼다.
