A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving CK5 cars in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On August 5, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.193% in blood around 02:08, while driving the said car, and led the Defendant to proceed one-lane from the fourth-lane distance from the black 4-lane to the Western University.

2. Defendant 1 driven CK5 cars at approximately 5 km from the so-called mnife 0.193% alcohol level among the blood transfusion during the day-to-day 1.m. to the point of the accident as referred to in the above 1.m.
