All of the plaintiff's claims against the defendants are dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant A and B are married with each other, and Defendant C are married with the above Defendants.
B. From August 5, 2008 to July 29, 2009, Defendant A concluded each insurance contract between the Plaintiff and himself, Defendant B, and C as the insured (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”). The policyholder of each of the instant insurance contracts was changed to Defendant C around July 19, 2013.
C. After entering into each of the instant insurance contracts, the Defendants received hospitalized treatment as follows.
