1. Basic facts

Article 7 (Term of Office)

(a)the terms of office for officers, including the Chairperson and the Auditor, shall be two years and may be renewed consecutively;

(b) An officer may resign when he is unable to serve his term of office;

(c) The vice-chairperson shall succeed to his duties and act on behalf of the president for the remaining period;
