Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant used the subway train No. 341408, which had been near the Seoul Station of the subway No. 4 in Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to have a dispute with one another due to the victim B (the age of 56) facing the shoulder of the victim, and assaulted the victim's face by putting the Belgium part of the victim's bridge to get off on the train, putting it up the victim's bridge, and putting it up on the victim's bridge, and putting it up the victim's face into the floor.
