Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on May 13, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face by taking the horses from the victim D (the age of 44) that “slick and diving cannot be easily set off,” while drunk in the second floor of the building C, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, with the entrance door of the Defendant’s residence being set off.
