Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant, as the owner of the pressese vehicle B, was prohibited from operating a vehicle on the road that was not covered by mandatory insurance, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on March 7, 2014, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road located in front of the SK apartment located in 1124, as the center of the city of Busan.
