Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above judgment against the Defendants for two years from the date of this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

I tried to support the share price in order to successful M&A of J (hereinafter “J”) and dispose of approximately three million J shares held in the name of the vehicle at a higher price, and requested the Defendants, K, L, M, N,O, P, etc. to operate the market price of J shares, and paid approximately KRW 420,000,000 of shares and cash and check at the market price.

I requested the management of the market price by issuing the market price to the Defendants, K, N, etc., M, L,O, etc. in order to artificially increase the share price as a J 2 shareholder and to successfully dispose of the shares at a higher level. Defendant B, upon receiving an order from I directly from K and Defendant A, played the role of paying the market price to co-offenders, such as K and Defendant A, by introducing M and Defendant A, etc. to I, thereby artificially supporting or maintaining the market price of J shares by delivering the market price to Defendant A, M, L, etc. along with Defendant B, and Defendant A was in charge of driving the market price by transmitting the market price to N,O, P, etc., which is an expert in charge of operating the market price.

1. Defendant B in collusion with I, K, A, M,O, P, etc. as above, and the same year from March 5, 2013 to March 5, 2013, as shown in the list of offenses in the attached Form (B).

Until December 28, 200, in the course of trading shares of a company using a 20 multiple securities account, a person submits an order to operate the market price of 539 times (52,194 note), 1,764 (541,80 note), 86 times in volume volume (264,470 note), 46 times in which the closing price is involved (143,294 note), 66 times in most trade (40,321 note), 2,501 times in total (1,542,159 note), including 1,503 won in volume (542,159 note) with the intention to mislead another person to make a false judgment or to mislead him/her into making a wrong judgment (52,194 note), and the J shall submit an order to operate the market price of 933 won in volume (54,7 March 7, 2013).
