Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of four years and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a de facto marital relationship with D, the mother of the victim C from around 2010, and is a de facto marital relationship living together with the victim.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by blood);

A. From March 2016 to April 2, 2016, the Defendant, at “G” stores operated by the Defendant on the F1st floor of 20:0 p.m., in order to bring drinking water to the Defendant, the Defendant, by reporting the victim C (Inf., 15 years of age) who has been in the place, was forced to commit an indecent act by force, and the victim’s rear side her own hand, followed the victim’s back to the lower part on the part of the victimized person.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a blshel parent.

8. The Defendant, from July 2016 to August 8, 2016, at the Defendant’s house located in F2 stories at the time of instimulation between the Defendant and the victim C (inns, 15 years old), was diving from the victim’s intrusion, and thus, commits an indecent act on the part of the victim.
