Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on July 29, 2013, and a fine of 4 million won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jungyang District Court on August 30, 2013.

On January 5, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 22:26, and at around 0.144% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a vehicle B with approximately KRW 200 meters of distance from the water gate distance in the Gyeonggi-ri Si Em-si Si, to the e-mail in front of the e-mail, which is 95, by the Gyeonggi-ri Sim-si inspection.
