Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving service of Category B New Flaz;

At around 02:20 on November 11, 2012, the Defendant was unable to normally drive the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.179% from the street in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-dong 756, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, in a condition that it is difficult for the Defendant to normally drive the vehicle at a speed of 0.179% of the blood alcohol concentration, and the Defendant was driving at the speed of the same sular distance from the side of the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
