Defendant

A is the operator of the real estate sales agent corporation D, and the defendant B is the head of the corporation's headquarters.

At around 22:00 on November 12, 2015, Defendants, while drinking alcohol at F amusement stations located in E, with intent to evade the drinking value by misrepresenting the inspection, on the ground that they did not enter the entrance of the female employees and promptly introduce new female employees, and by threatening the owner of the business as if they investigate various illegal matters of the said establishment.

Accordingly, the defendant A, who is an employee of the above entertainment shop, should be aware that the prosecutor has been employed in this case, and it is well aware that the prosecutor was employed.

As a result, the Defendants jointly threatened the victim and evaded the drinking value of 150,000 won from the person suffering from drinking, thereby acquiring financial benefits equivalent to the same amount.
