Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 31, 2017, around 17:37, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as: (a) the victim C (56 years) who was subsequently at an escalator connected to the four lines of 1409 Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, about 7 lines, was about to be lowered first; and (b) the victim was able to get the victim to go beyond the stairs by putting the victim’s hand and body parts on his hand.
