The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The facts charged in the instant case assaulted the victim’s face on the hand floor on the ground that the victim D (16 years old) who was a 'C’ side of the 'C' in Ison-si B around November 201, 2017, on the ground that this telephone was not contacted.

“The instant prosecution is dismissed in accordance with Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, as it falls under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, since the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant, Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act and Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
