Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on September 20, 2014, the Defendant driven a B-cub vehicle from the road front of the frequency of vibration in the Changwon-si male-dong market in Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the next side of the free export area located in the same Si-Masan-dong (0.110% of the sound measuring weather) at approximately 3km from the road front of the free export area in the same Si-Masan-dong.
