A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, at around 06:40 on March 19, 2013, driven a Cknife car with a business of 0.080% alcohol concentration at a 0.080% alcohol concentration, and proceeded back to the next two-lane of the biochemical production facility in the Gu-U.S., Gosi-si, Gosi-si, from the right side of the Eknife at the right side of the said knife, the Defendant was driven by the victim D (the age of 50) who driven by negligence in the course of duty driving with the central line while neglecting the duty of the front line, and was driven by the victim D (the age of 50) who driven at the same lane as that of the said car.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, immediately stopped the victim D, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding and abetting the victims, even though the victim F (55 years of age) who boarded the said Lone Star Co., Ltd., suffered approximately 6 weeks of treatment, and at the same time, damaged the aforementioned victim D’s car repair cost amounting to approximately KRW 2,80,000,000.
