A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM5 car.

1. On September 4, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driven the pertinent SM5 car at a section of about 5 K meters from the apartment in the front of the Dong-gu Seoul apartment in Ansan-si to about 0.205% alcohol level in the influence of alcohol level from around 08:50 on September 4, 2016.

On September 4, 2016, the Defendant driving the said car at around 08:50, and driving the said car along a four-lane road from the office located at the center of the station located in the center and driving the first lane.
