A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2016, the Defendant, through "E", committed sexual intercourse with F (n, 16 years of age) who is a child or youth in Cheongsong-gun, Cheongsong-gun, Cheongsong-gun, around 2016, and paid 100,000 won in consideration of sexual intercourse with F (n, 16 years of age) and paid 100,000 won in consideration thereof, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, committed the act of buying sex with F at least 11 times during the period from around May 2017, and paid the consideration for such act.
