Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall place a false mark of origin or make an indication likely to cause confusion with it, and may place a package of "domestic origin" only when the origin of all the raw materials used is domestically produced.

On March 16, 2015, the Defendant purchased 20 km (40 gs per 1,450 won per piece) in the 1km-gu Mayang-si Mayang-si Mayang-si Mayang-si 15 (Gam Mayang-si 15 (Gam Mayang-dong), each of which on 2,900 won (1,450 won per piece 1,450 won) indicating “1,425 won (40 won per piece 1,425 won), 8 g (40 won) of money gas per 1 kilogram-si 1,125 won (1,425 won).

From around that time, the Defendant, at “C” operated by the Defendant located in Seosan-si, displayed the relevant small and medium sphere in rap after putting them in sphere containers, and displayed them, while indicating the origin of each raw material in the manner of indicating the origin en bloc with “small and medium sphere (domestic acid),” and “sphere gas (domestic acid),” and sold 10 (500g, 5,500 won per unit) and 25 (200g, 250 won per unit) of sphere gas (an average of 50g, 2500g, 50g, and 200g, as above) around September 9, 2015, indicated the origin of five small and medium sphere gas (50g per unit) and three (300g, per average of 20gsphere gas (hereinafter “10g”).

As a result, the Defendant made a false indication of the origin of swine, which is the raw material of spawn land, and the smuggling, which is the raw material of spawn gas, or made a false indication that may cause confusion.
