A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, was unable to handle the psychotropic drugs, such as clickphones (hereinafter referred to as clickphones), but dealt with the following clickphones:

1. On August 9, 2013, the Defendant purchased 250,000 gramphones in the street in the vicinity of “Cata” located in the Suwon Line B, from August 2013 to September 9, 2013, the Defendant purchased rophones in the number of 0.2g gramphones contained in the non-exponer for one use from the non-exponer, and purchased rophones.

2. Points of the administration of philophones.

A. On April 2014, the Defendant: (a) administered a phiphoneon in a manner that 0.03g amount per phiphones to be administered in water at the residence located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 601 Dong 1704, on April 2014; and (b) in a manner that 0.03g amount per phiphones to be administered in water.

B. On June 28, 2014, around 09:00 on June 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stored water containing 0.03gs per phiphones into a single-use injection machine; (b) injected phiphones into the Defendant’s left arms; and (c) injected phiphones by means of injection into the Defendant’s left arms.
