A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 10:51 on May 4, 2020, the Defendant entered a residence intrusion on the victim’s residence by breaking the toilet window by hand, breaking the toilet window, and examining the head inside of the house, which was the victim’s residence C, which was the victim’s residence in Bupyeong-si B.

In addition, from the above to the 15th day of the same month, the Defendant invadedd the victims’ residence at least seven times in total, as described in the annexed crime list.

2. From around 09:00 on May 9, 2020 to around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that does not correct each subparagraph of the housing located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, the victim E’s residence; and (b) cut off 130,000 won at the market price, which is the victim’s ownership in Ansan-gu; (c) one veget with two vegetetings equivalent to KRW 110,000 at the market price; and (d) one vegeting two vegetings of the new world merchandise coupons worth KRW 10,000 at the market price.

In addition, the Defendant stolen the property amounting to KRW 5,728,836 from around August of the same month to the 15th of the same month, as described in Nos. 2 through 7 in the annexed crime sight table, on a total of six occasions.
