Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as an individual constructor, was awarded a contract for the remodeling work of a kindergarten in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

From June 15, 2016 to July 4, 2016, the Defendant failed to pay KRW 7.6 million in total, including D’s wage of KRW 4.8 million in June 2016, wage of KRW 1.2 million in July 2016, and wage of KRW 1.6 million in June 2016, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment period between them.
