1. The defendant shall pay 5,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 21, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. On February 24, 2017, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff, providing that the Plaintiff shall lease the lease deposit amount of 50 million won and the lease period from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2019.

However, even though the above lease term expires, the defendant has not returned only KRW 45 million among the above lease deposit, and has not yet returned KRW 5 million.

Accordingly, 5 million won and 12% interest per annum from the day immediately after the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.
