When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2014, at around 19:46, the Defendant driven the KT-ro 125cc c Stock in the section of approximately 100 meters prior to the bus stops located in the Shicheon-si CT-dong from the front side of KT (KT) in the central road of Shicheon-si to the front side of the Shicheon-si bus stops.
