1. As to KRW 155,746,90 and KRW 100,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 155,746,90 from April 1, 2016 to February 27, 2019.
Reasons
1. The indication of the claim is as shown in the attached Form of the claim.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act applicable mutatis mutandis to the provisions of Acts;
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, only 15% per annum from the day following the day on which the duplicate of the complaint of this case was served until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the day following the day on which the copy of the complaint of this case was served until the day of complete payment, and the part in excess shall be dismissed.
